Somali Charity for Relief and Development (SCRD) is a newly established non-governmental organization (NGO) with a mission to empower Somali communities through sustainable development, humanitarian assistance, and advocacy.
Founded in 2024 in Mogadishu, SCRD was created in response to the urgent need for localized, community-driven interventions in areas affected by poverty, conflict, and limited access to essential services.
